Goulash Soup
Tender beef stewed in a red wine and tomato broth with potatoes, paprika and other
spices.

SANDWICHES
Alpine Burger
1/2 pound of Angus, swiss cheese and thousand island dressing on a brioche bun.
Served with French fries.
Berlin Street Dog
Housemade beef and pork wiener wrapped with bacon and grilled.  Served with sauerkraut, onion, tomatoes,
curry ketchup, mustard and mayo on a hoagie roll with potato salad.
Klub Haus Sandwich
Black Forest ham, roasted turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and smoked paprika aoili

Wienerschnitzel
Pan-fried and breaded pork loin served with fried potatoes, braised red cabbage
and lemon.
Sauerbraten
Wine-marinated, braised beef served with mashed potatoes, red cabbage and reduction sauce.
Hungarian Goulash
Beef stewed in paprika-tomato sauce and served over spaetzle noodles with
asparagus on the side.
Grilled Medallions of Pork Tenderloin
Served with garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed spinach and wild mushroom cream sauce.

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken breast, pretzel crumbs, black forest ham and swiss cheese. Served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
